What I build
- Agentic workflows: agents that call tools and return structured decisions, with human-in-the-loop approval before anything is acted on.
- Voice agents: a clinic receptionist on Vapi and n8n that books through Google Calendar tools and only confirms once the tool has.
- Retrieval and search: multilingual embeddings, pgvector and Redis vector search, with keyword search still doing the first pass.
- Model access: OpenAI-compatible routing across Gemini, Anthropic, Groq and Ollama, with streaming, caching and cost tracking.

- Rebuilt search on Elasticsearch with French and Arabic matching and a multilingual embedding fallback: results matching every searched word went from 35% to 97%.
- Led a backend performance effort: N+1 queries removed, slow work moved to Celery, hot paths cached, about 20% less request time.
- Improved matching between client requests and tradespeople, and built KPI dashboards from production data.
- Built ban-evasion detection with a moderator review queue, set up Mixpanel analytics and designed the first A/B test.
